Getting started
- How do I create an account? Visit our registration page and fill in your details. You'll receive a verification code by email to activate your account.
- How do I add my first store? Once logged in, navigate to Stores and click "Add store". Follow the three-step form to enter your location, contact details, and tax rate.
- How do I connect my POS? Go to POS Config in the dashboard sidebar and choose your provider. We currently support NCR, SAP, Oracle, and our native Linefree POS.
Managing products and promotions
- Can I bulk import products? Yes. Use the CSV/XLSX import option on the Products page. We'll validate each row and show you any errors before committing the changes.
- What promotion types are supported? Item discounts, cart discounts, buy-X-get-Y, coupons, and tier pricing. All are configurable from the Promotions section.
Payments and payouts
- How do merchant payouts work? Disbursements are processed per transaction via your registered banking details. You can track every payout from the Payouts page.
- Which payment providers does Linefree support? Ozow Pay By Bank is the primary provider, with Stitch as an alternative.
Account and security
- I forgot my password. Click "Forgot password" on the login screen. We'll send a one-time code to your email or phone.
- How do I enable two-factor authentication? Go to Settings → Security and enable MFA. You'll receive a one-time code on every subsequent login.
