By using the Linefree mobile app, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use Linefree.
Your account
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account.
Acceptable use
- Do not use the app to break any law or regulation.
- Do not attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the service.
- Do not reverse-engineer or interfere with the app.
Payments
Payments are processed through third-party providers (Ozow, Stitch). Linefree does not store your card or bank details. Payment processing is subject to the payment provider's terms and privacy policy.
Refunds
You may submit refund requests through the app. Refunds are reviewed by the store owner and, if approved, processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Disputes can be sent to support@linefree.co.za.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Linefree is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app. Linefree is not liable for actions of third-party payment providers or POS vendors.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
