Getting started

  • How do I sign up? Tap "Create account" on the welcome screen and enter your details.
  • How do I check in to a store? Scan the QR code at the store entrance.
  • How do I scan products? Tap "Scan" inside a store and point your camera at the barcode.

Payments

  • Which payment methods are supported? Pay By Bank via Ozow or Stitch.
  • Is my payment information safe? Yes. All payments are processed by certified third-party providers. We never store your card or banking details.

Loyalty

  • How do I earn points? Points are awarded automatically on every eligible purchase.
  • How do I redeem points? At checkout, select the loyalty discount option.
